Returns

• Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Certain items such as intimate wear, customized products, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

• Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and package.
